Why am I soo hungry?!
Question: Why am I soo hungry!?
For the past day or two I get really hungry!. So I eat something and it's pretty big!.!.!.then an hour later I'm super hungry again as if I didn't eat anything at all!.!.!.does anyone have any idea what this might be!? I'm usually a big eater and almost always have been!. I'm 19 and will be turning 20 in about 3 months!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you eating junk food !? no nutritional value - you will still be hungry
are you eating too fast !?!? like a whole plate in 5-10 minutes
eat whole foods and drink a big glass of water with your meals
chicken/beef
potatoes/rice
veggies/salads
soups/stews/chili
