No they do not hurt as long as they are inserted correctly and far enough in!.
They can however cause pain when you take it out because you haven't left it in longer enough (3-4 hours) or the tampon size was to big for you!.
Other than that they do not hurt and i enjoys them way more than pads!

No, as long a you put them in correctly, you can't feel a thing!.
It can hurt if you pull it out too early because there won't be enough moisture on it to glide out smoothly!. Just change it about every 3-4 hours (more or less depending on your flow)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO TAMPONS DO NOT HURT!. they r actually very comfortable and i will use them ova a pad any day!. the only way a tampon hurts is if u dont put it in rite!. if its n rite it wont hurt at all!. it it hurts its either n wrong, or its becuz u may be a virgin n u r tight down there n u have to get used to it!. but fm my experience it deosnt hurtWww@Answer-Health@Com
If you use them wrong they might!. If you follow the instructions on the pamphlet, you should be fine!. If it still does hurt, I'd reccomend taking it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
