Question: How can you make your period shorter!?

I'm going to a fair tommorow and I'm going to be running around alot and going on coasters and stuff and I don't wanna have a heavy flow or anything!. Please help!.!.!.!?

I don't think you can!. But my friends say taking Ibuprofin (Advil, Motrin) slows down the bleeding!. Birth contol also gives a shorter period, but that won't help for tomorrow!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
