no hun its not bad!.!. u r supposed to swim with a tampon in!.!.!.u cant use a pad!.!.!.lol!.!.the only way it would be bad is if u left it in for way to long!.!.but other than that ur good to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, of course not!. thats one of the reasons they were made!. but after you finish swimming you may feel a little discomfort!. becuase the tampon is wet and will feel full!. you should probably change it pretty soon after you get out of the pool though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
