It might be your appendix!. my friend had the same problems!. she couldn't walk, she couldn't do anything!. She almost died!. but she didn't!. she caught it in the nik of time!. so plz go to the doctors!.!.!.pain relievers won't work either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it does not feel like cramps and are in that much pain (to the point that you cannot walk) then you need to go to an ER!. It could be any number of things, some of which are serious!. Please do go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
