I do it at the right angle, (I think)
I put it in the right hole!.
I do it sitting on the toilet with my legs spread apart!.
I use my fingers to spread ["My spot"] apart
I use either slender, or regular
I make sure I'm relaxed

Hmm!.
Push the end of the applicator in a little bit and if that fits then proceed to putting it in!.
Maybe try a smaller size if that doesn't work!.
If you have a lighter flow then it will be dry and a higher absorbency tampon will not go in easily and be itchy, painful, and irritating!.
But with a lower absorbency (smaller tampon) it should work better for you!.

this does sound weird but you should try having sex first and then try after you have sex you are stretched out more and it should be easier to do it the next time you are on the rag and why not have a little fun

If you have tried everything get to the ER soon It cold (slim) but still!.!. could be toxic shock syndrome!. (i think what thats called, when you lose a tampon in your body!.

Use some KY jelly or something to lube it up, when you first start your body isnt used to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try raising one leg up then putting it in rather than sitting on the toilet!.!.!. thats what i had to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
