Lately I've bin REALLY stressed since schools starting soon, ect!. I'm also not able to fall asleep because I worry about things!. I need ways or strategies to help me relax!. I already tryed Yoga and It doesn't work!. *10 pts* - Thanks :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before bed try a warm bath and drink warm milk!. If that doesnt help you sleep, try an over the counter sleep aid for a couple of nights to get you back into a regular sleep pattern!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try doing some cardio for about a half hour!. You can even try to eat some bananas and cut back on the fried foods!. They both reduce stress!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
