Question: I just started my period and now!.!.!.!.!?
My brother and sister r having a pool party on Aug!. 24th at r Aunt and Uncle's house!. I had planned to tan and go swimming but, i just starrted my period!. Is there anway that i can still go swimming!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO NOT WEAR A PAD IN THE POOL!
it will get wet soggy and show!. maybe even shred and show everyone a litle blood!.
wear a tampon!. get a box and read the directions that comes with!.
ask an adult for advice on it (a woman adult) or a friend who has her period!.
use a low absorbancy for your first time!.
and practice all the 23rd just so your not spending hours in the bathroom before/during the party!.
remeber to change it after an hour or two!.
once your experienced and know your excat absorbancy size you can leave them in up to 8 hours!. no more!.
theres a chemical in them that if left in to long can (very very rarely)
go into your body, and its sometimes fatal!.
you don't wanna go down that road , trust me!
but it happens to like 1 in 1000 girls!.
so dont be afraid to use them!
they will become your best friend when you get the hang of it!.
and make sure the string doesnt hang out of your suit, thats embaracing!.

Wear tampons!!! i definately reccomend platex sport!. tampons dont let any of the blood come out in the pool!. And it will hurt the first time u put it in,and take it out, but it is sooo worth it!.!.!. U can do so much more!.!.!.

Wear a tampon!. since you have just started your period it will least likely be heavy so try the Super Absorbency!.!.and dont forget to change your tampon not later than 4-6 hours! Www@Answer-Health@Com
