well hi my name is cruz i am 11 years old well my breast buds feel smaller do u know y!?

It sounds the early beginnings of puberty!. Oftentimes a small firm mass is formed right under the areolar (darker-colored) tissue on the chest!. It can be on only one side and is movable, not attached to the muscle or ribs beneath, and does not cause any pain!. There is no discharge from the nipple, no dimpling of the skin in the area, and no evidence of infection!. Once you feel it, however, you should follow it more closely, checking it frequently to see if it changes at all!. This can cause it to become sore because of the constant touching!.
I do not think you have anything to worry about!. Your body is at a stage where it constantly changes because you are maturing!. A breast bud large or small generally does not suggest that there are any significant hormonal problems or that this is related to breast cancer (if there is a family history of breast cancer, I would mention it to your doctor)!. Are you sexual active!? If so, that plays a huge role in your body changes!.
Reassurance is appropriate along with just observation over time!. If the area seems to be getting smaller then I would see a doctor!. I hope this helps!.
Good news is that!.!.!.I had smaller buds when I was your age and now at 27, I have a nice size chest, 36D!!!! LOL

Your breast buds may feel smaller due to a larger amount of fat cells accumulating around them as the outsides of your breasts get larger!. Sometimes they feel really tight for a little while, then loosen up again and that is also normal; it is also normal for one to grow faster than the other!. If you have been touching them a lot they may become extra sensitive and tighter!. Do not worry about this; when I was developing some mornings I would wake up and my breast buds would hurt and be very noticeable and other mornings I could barely tell they were there! It is just your hormones trying to straighten themselves out :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
