Why do I have this unusual flap of skin on my vagina?...?!

Question: Why do I have this unusual flap of skin on my vagina!?!.!.!.!?
I'm really embarrassed asking this question, but there is this rather big flap of skin on my vagina!. I know all there is about the female genitals but mine seems very!.!.!.not normal!. It is on the right side where my lips are suppose to be!. On the left, the lip is normal and small, but on the right it is big and seems to "stretch" and stick out a lot!. It is very disturbing to me, and very uncomfortable!. I was thinking that since I have a MALE twin, that it MIGHT be a birth defect or something!.I was also wondering if I could get it surgically removed!. I'm only 14 and I'm really unsure, and I haven't met one other girl that is like me with that problem, and I'm scared!.!.!.help!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine are like that too, and trust me your 100% normal (i also have a male twin, and its definetly not caused by that)!. Its your libia minora which come in all shapes and sizes, some people have really small ones while others have ones that protude/stick out past their outer labia!. Some people also have one labia minora bigger than the other, which is also normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

jut tuck it in a bit =D thats what i do!. you shouldnt be embarased because its quite common!. and when your aroused blood rushes to the labia and makes it retract, so men your with probably wont notice,

i doubt its a birth defect!. i stress that large labia are common, as is being lobsided!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have a skin tag there!. It is very common!. I had one there and my doctor just numbed the area and cut if off and put a stitch in and it was gone, and I was fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your mum about it and go and see a doctor!.!.!.don't be embarrassed about it!. Once you have been to see someone you will feel much better knowing and not wondering!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is normal!. The inner labia grow during pubertyWww@Answer-Health@Com
