Okay this is embarassing, but i'm concerned!.
its Sunday!. Since Friday on my left breast around the nipple area like in top it has been red, hard-ish, it's become less hard since friday and sore to the touch!. I think my nipple is a little redder than usual too!.
Any advice or anything is great!. I'm a little worried!.

You could have mastitis, which is an infection in the breast!. It is easily treated with antibiotics, but you need to see a dr!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
you may have a reaction to something, it could be simple as you scratched it, i would put some antibiotic ointment on it and keep an eye on it and if the redness gets worse or of course painful!. you may have an infection and need to see a drWww@Answer-Health@Com
Are you nursing!? Could be a blocked duct!. Try a warm compress, and massaging the area!. If you are not pregnant or nursing, I would see a doctor right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
