Question: One day long period!? is this normal!?
i woke up with my period and had it heavy that day!. i went to bed but when i woke up there was no blood on the pad and thruought the day i didn't bleed at all!? is a one day long period normal!? i am not on the pill or pregnant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Period days doesnt have to be exactly 3 days or so!.
It's just an approximate time!.
Everyone is different, mine lasted one day also one day, and the next month it went normal again!.

It is very possible!. A period doesn't need to be 7 days long, it can be anywhere from 1-7 days!. If this is your first couple years with a period, it takes your body a while to adjust and regulate your period!.
