One of the simplest ways to maintain and lose weight is walking!.Walk 3 miles a day!.You can break it up by walking 1 mile in the morning and 2 at night but 3 miles is important!.You should also cut out sugar drinks!.One sugar drink a day will retain 20lbs a year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
