It sounds strange, but I tried it on suggestion and it worked very well!. Eat an orange!. Any kind of orange!. I'm not sure why, but when I'm cramping, I eat one and they disappear in five minutes!. I recommended it to my mom, too, and it helps her!. If that doesn't work, lie on a heating pad or take a hot bath!. Once the cramps clear up, go for a run or exercise somehow!. That should get rid of them for a little longer!. :) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some of these answers are posted by women who have tiny cramps!. I had bleeding for 7-9 days, and so heavy that I could go through an extra large napkin and tampons!. I went to the doctor and got a prescription of 30 vicodin!. I would take about 3 a month, on the first day!. After that, you don't need pain pills!. If you do, something is wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pamprin or Midol really helps!.
Moving around some also helps!. A heating pad may also work!.
Good luck, I hate cramps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a hot bath in Epsom salt!. Put like 1 cup into the bath tub and let it disolve!. Midol works too!. Drink lots of water when you know your persiod is coming on that can help also!. Feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A hot bath works well!. Or you can hold a heating pad against your lower abdomen!. Or you can use Advil liqui-gels!.
Hope I helped =]
