Question: Will wearing my bras to bed stretch them out!?
i have a 5 month old baby so once i gave birth and my breast swelled up like porn star boobs and i am already a DD anyways, i've noticed my brest "sag" a little more and the skin isnt as tight as before!. so if i dont wear a bra to bed i feel kind of "out there" i am 20 so i know i got youth on my side!. but i want to know will wearing my regular bras to bed stretch them out!? Since i have a baby i usually take a shower at night now so it would be nice in the morning to just put a shirt on because my bra is already on!. or should i buy different ones for bed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wear a supportive yet comfortable bra to bed!. Just designate a bra or two for that purpose and don't worry about stretching them out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
i always wear a bra to bed!. its so much more comfortable!.
my bras have never streached out before!.
and sports bras tend to be uncomfy though because they squish my boobs to much!. like there suppose to!.
try a non-underwire, but i can sleep in an underwire!. it all depends on what your comfortable with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about wearing bras to bed unless you're breastfeeding and need to wear them to keep nursing pads in!. Wearing a bra to bed will not keep them from sagging!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Wear a sports bra!. They're more comfortable!. It depends on how you sleep!. I toss a lot so my shirts get stretched out at night and are all wrapped around me a billion times!. I'd buy new ones!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
