You need to give your dad a little more credit!. He, as a grown man, is probably less embarrassed by your period than you are!. If you're too embarrassed to talk about it, let it go and he will probably never say anything!.
It's a natural bodily function and nothing to be embarrassed about!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aw I did the same thing!. If I were you I would act innocent!. Just go to your dad and say dad something is wrong I just went to the bathroom and I was bleeding and the dog ran out and blah blah blah!.

Your dad will act so proud of himself because he will know this answer! lol My dad sat me down and he said Now hunny I think it is your period, blah blah blah!.!.!.!.it was so cute to see my dad try to gulp in the fact his daughter is now grown up!.

There is no reason to be embarressed, every woman get's their period, including your mom :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aww, hun, its okay!.
I don't think my dad knew I had my period either!.!.!. cuz i just started like 2 months ago!.
And he took me to the doctor the other day cuz i was sick, and the nurse always asks you the first day of your last period, and when she asked me and I answered, my dad just kinda looked away!.!.!.!.
I doubt he will say anything to you about it!. :)
dont worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry about it too much
every girl goes through it and
your dad understands that
if theres a mom or an aunt or
sister or even friend that you
could talk to about it w recommend
doing so!.
also if you would rather not talk
to your dad then ask one of your
friends or mom or whoever to get
you some maxi pads or tampons
if your out

good luck!

What's to be done!? If he saw it, then so be it!. Here's a little hint: Dads know that eventually their daughters will get their periods! Most adult men have been dealt with women and their periods!.!.!.especially dads!. I wouldn't stress about it!. He's your dad, not some stranger!. It doesn't matter if he knows or not that you're menstruating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your dad really doesn't care!. he's a guy!. He probably figured your mom is the one you talk to about it (if you have a mom around!?)!. I wouldn't worry about it at all!. He saw you when you were born and covered in ****, he cleaned your poopy diapers!. To him this isn't a big deal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only thing he's probably disgusted about is that you didnt flush!. No biggie, he's a guy!. Just because he doesnt get one doesnt mean he doesnt know about them!. Its all fine!. If your dad's not all upset about it you shouldnt be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this happened to me i know how you feel xxx

so then i talked to my dad about it and he said he felt imbarecd to talk about it to xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, your dad knows all about periods!. Remember he is a dad and he's been through all of that with your mom!. Don't be embarrassed, it's a normal event in life!. It's been around since Adam and Eve!. He probably didn't think anything about it - just happy that you are normal and menstruating!. Think of those girls who have to go to Dr's!. because they don't menstruate or have problems when they do!. Be thankful you didn't grow up in the 50's and 60's when woman wore thick pads that you had to attach to this thing that went around your waist!. They were bulky pads and we wore straight skirts and were always asking our friends if you could see the bulge thru the skirt!. Sometimes we wore shirts or sweaters tied around our waist to cover the bulge!. Today you have so many choices, be thankful, be very, very thankful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
