Question: I'm not feeling well; what could it be!?

Since the beginning of this week; I started with weird looking discharge and a rustic blood in my panties!. My period was the week before last and I wasn't haven't these problems!. Since Wednesday I have been having sharp pains in my stomach and I can't eat all my food and stuff like milk which I love now grosses me out this week and I can't drink it!.
