Answers:
YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE A TAMPON
This happened to me not too long ago when I wanted to go swimming with a friend that invited me!. I was afraid to say no cuz I rarely had people invite me to anything!. I have never used a Tampon either and still haven't!.
You can use a pad, no matter how heavy the flow of yours is (mine is very) get the very thin ones before you go!. (not the pantyliners, just the ultrathin ones with NO wings) attach one to your bathing suit bottom like you normally would with underwear and change it just as often as you normally would (regardless on if it looks full or not) (If the bathing suit bottom you wear are those shorts kind, like mine were, I recommend swimming with underwear underneath to attach the pad to)
believe me it works, it does not sag, does not tear (it would be weird if it did, then it could not absorb the way it is suppose to) it does not show and does not come out or off!.
You don't need to wear a tampon yet, I didn't when I went (due to I wasn't ready for it) and I still had a wonderful time!. Tampons can be scary and with how young you are, it would probably be extremely uncomfortable anyway due to tampons are shaped for older women (heck, even older women who first try them, it is usually very uncomfortable for them the first few weeks) you'd probably be miserable!.
So I say just wear a pad!. It'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't stop but it won't be visible while your swimming in the ocean just make sure to run to the bathroom n put in a pad as soon as you get out of the water not to stain your swimsuit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
