Yes Planned Parenthood should!. It's a pharmacy where you need to be over 18 to get it without a prescription (in the US)!. Doctor or Planned Parenthood should give it to you!.

I'm not really sure about Planned Parenthood but I work at retail store Pharmacy and for patients to purchase Plan B without prescription from the Dr, they have to be 18 yrs old!. If under age, must have a prescription from the Dr!. Call Planned Parenthood if you have to be 18, if not maybe one of your older friend can purchase it for you at Walgreens/CVS!.
