Found a lump on my groin?!

Question: Found a lump on my groin!?
I have a lump on my groin that's been there for a couple weeks now!. I noticed it by accident when I was in the shower!. It's a little smaller than a marble and is located right where the inside of my thigh meets my vaginal region!. It does not hurt, itch, or bother me otherwise!. It also is NOT an open sore!. Originally it's just felt like a lump, but I'm realizing now that it feels as if it might be filled with liquid!.

Does anyone know what this is!? I haven't gotten it checked out by a doctor yet but I plan on it!. Just wondering if this sounds like an ingrown hair (which I have been told it might be) because I don't normally get them and really have no idea what they look or feel like!.

A doctor or nurse opinion would be nice!. Furthermore, how long does it take to go away and how can i treat it myself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope my two answers can help!.

I have stretch marks on my breasts from having a baby and one of them had a bump in the stretch mark itself!. I talked to some people about it and they said that it was probably just an irritant that filled with puss because of pressure and rubbing to make it irritable!. Maybe it's something like that!?

My male friend found a lump about that size on his testicle and he went to the doctor to find out that it was a cyst!. It wasn't benign, therefor it was cancerous, but luckily they removed it all before it could spread!. If I were you, I would go to a doctor or even Planned Parenthood could give you some good advice!. It could be a cyst, or just an irritant!. Either way, you should seek medical attention so in case it is cancerous that it will not spread!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is probably a cyst, don't play with it, otherwise it will only get bigger!. Wash it with warm water and some soap, then put some Polysporin on it!. If it doesn't go away in a few days, go see a doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like it could be an ingrown hair!.
Maybe it's caused by friction of your underwear right at where the thigh connects to the pelvic area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, I'm not a nurse or anything!.But it dosen't seem like anything is wrong!. It may depend on how long u've had it, if it hasn't been long than i don't thing you should worry about it!. It may just be a hormone thing,!.!.!.!.(maybe!.!.!.maybe not!.!.as i think about it that idea dosent make much sense, but alot things that happen to me have something to do with that!.lol) OR a chemical inbalance(nutrition wise)!.
but yeah!.!.
it'll probably go away soom enough!. if your not in any pain,or there aren't any real effects from it, i think your good!.
just wade it out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
