Pills for cramps..???!
Question: Pills for cramps!.!.!?!?!?
My mom is very unfriendly to the idea of using any type of medication, she is afraid that it will have negative side effects on my health!. But my cramps are so bad sometimes that i vomit, and i just can't take the pain anymore!. What should i do, should i just endure the horrible pain, or should i just take the pills!. Will the pills have any negative effect on my health in the long run!? !.!. Also what pills are the best to use that aren't that strong but help the cramps!? !.!. thank you in advance! I have terrible cramps i vomit and use the bathroom like crazy I be sweating it's horrible I tried motion and midol and all the best thing I have found is CVS brand Ibuprofen its great it works in about 20 minutes and i haven't felt anything negative from taking them!.And also i make sure i stay warm put a blanket over yourself stay wrapped up and drink warm tea!.The more your body gets cold air towards your stomach it will cramp up if you have a heating pad that would be perfect!.and don't use tampons when your really cramping it only makes it worst just use a pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can try Midol for teens!.
Also, try eating a banana !.!.!. they can help with cramps!. After eating one, lay with your knees bent while laying on your side and use a hot water bottle for 5 minutes on your tummy, then 5 minutes on your lower back!.

Midol is good, but the best thing to do for cramps is to go on birth control pills!. They make you have virtually no cramps, your period will be a lot shorter, and a lot lighter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
pamprin and midol work best if they are perido related cramps!. they will not having an negative sideaffects in the future read the labels for any warnings before your purchase them!. (they have always helped me and i have never had any side affects)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Advil always helped me, aleve works well, too!. If your cramps are that severe, though, you should see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My older sister has cramps also!. She takes PMS Pills!. There's tons of them in the drug store!. Just ask someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
