Very little period blood?!

I've had cramps for the past couple of days!. I normally get them for a few days before I get my period!. That's the normal part!. Today, they got worse and I expected my period to start!. There is only a little blood when I wipe and a little spot on the pad!. Everything points to my period except for the fact that there isn't much blood!. Will my flow pick up by tomorrow or is it just spotting!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
