Question: I have a really bad sore throat!?
Okay i had 8 teeth including my wisdom teeth pulled on Wednesday!. I am going to the dentist today to get braces!. Long story short but we can't re-schedule because it was emergency surgery and he is taking a couple of weeks off!. My throat is killing me so bad!. It is not a strep throat because it doesn't feel like it and i see no white stuff!. But i tried eating toast with butter and it hurt!. I can't even swallow when drinking because it hurt!. When i open my mouth it feels like i am stretching my throat!. It feels like their is something on my throat that won't go away but their is nothing their!. What could be wrong!? ok i had that a few months ago and it was so sore and i felt like my throat was closing up and couldnt breathe, was scary cos i live alone with my daughter, i rang my doctor, he told me take paracetamol so i did then i felt worse so i went to the hospital and when they checked they told me theres nothing in there, that i just have a sore dry throat, they gave me 3 paramol and told me go home!!! just like that!!! i went back to my doctor the next day and he gave me these sachets of powder that u disolve in water and drink, it was called 'dona' and it did help, but u have to take 1 sachet a day for a month, it kind of coats the throat in a sugary film!. after 2 dsys on it it felt great, but u have to keep taking it cos the sore throat will come back!. i hope it helps u!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
