Feeling Tired? Pls. Help.?!


Question: Feeling Tired!? Pls!. Help!.!?
I'm almost 28 years old and lately I've been feeling very tired!. I have 3 kids and I'm a stay at home wife!. I drink a cup of coffee in the morning but It doesn't help!. Any ideas!? Anything would help!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sure as a stay at home wife, you are tired by the end of the day and between taking care of the house and the kids you rarely have time for yourself!. You should make time to get on an exercise routine even if it's only for 30-40 minutes a day, and work out ! That can help your energy level!. Also, getting a sufficient amount of sleep is important, so even if it means getting the kids into bed a little earlier then you should do that! Another way to boost your energy is taking iron tablets ESPECIALLY during that time of the month!. Since your body is losing so much blood, it can cause you to lose a lot of energy too, but you can retain it by taking those tablets and like I said before, exercising!. Hope everything works out for you and you feel better!

P!.S!. Coffee contains a lot of caffeine!. Meaning, it may boost you for a few minutes and then within about an hour, you'll feel even more tired than you felt before, so I wouldn't recommend you to keep drinking the coffee as an everyday routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not a doctor, but would like you to go in for a check up!. Could be many things - stress, low thyroid hormone, iron deficiency, who knows!?

Don't be miserable!. Three kids are a lot to handle, but I think something is going on if you're that tired all the time!. Why not find out, get treatment and feel better!? It may be you need an iron supplement, or something else very simple!.

I have gotten the B12 drops and u put under ur tongue every morning then take ur vitamins, I have found the B12 really helps me!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I was feeling the same way! plus i have a treadmill and started to walk at least 15-20 mins a day!. my energy is coming back! We have also watched what we eat, i heard the food u eat can cause fatigue!. try healthier foods like grilled meat with a salad and veggies!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

See a doctor, because he/she is certified and knows specifically what to do!. I'm sorry I have no tips for you but I do think you should see a doctor!
