Hi im 20 yeasrs old, and i currently weigh in about 283 lbs!. im so embarresed about my weight!. i have tried so many diets and doctors that there is no where els to turn except for one thing, starving my self or dying!. if there is any other way that some one could help me with to over come this weight problem please help me!.i eat to comfort myself or when im bored and i dont even know it till after im done!. my husband is a great support for me but he dont know what else to do either please, im begging someone out there, help me please!.!.i want a happy healthy skinny energetic life!.!.!.like you!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all I want you to know that you're not alone!. I'm far from being a skinny little twig myself but I would never want to be!. I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant with my son and have yet to lose it all!. In fact it's only since I've come to terms with my own issues that i've been able to start losing weight!. It's not something that happens overnight as you know!. However starving yourself won't do any good either!. Being happy and being skinny are not connected!. My suggestion is that you seek a therapist or a counsellor of some kind to deal with the issues that you have in regards to your weight!. I know it sounds hard but I'm sure you can do it and with a good support system everything is bound to work out for you!. Eat as much as you want in the morning!. Get your metabolism going early so you burn more calories!. And when you get the urge for the munchies after you already ate a meal do something you like!. I mean go somewhere AWAY from the house that you enjoy!. By the time you get in the car to do what you want you will be excited about that and forget you had the munchies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off!.!.it is not cool to be "skinney" just aim for a healthy weight!. Lose small amounts at a time by setting reasonably goals!. If you know you eat for comfort find a different way to comfort yourself!. Go to a movie or something!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just have to be committed to losing weight!. If you're not, there's no way you're going to lose any weight!. Join a gym and eat healthier!. There's no easy way to lose weight and taking shortcuts (like starving yourself) will not help you out in the long run!. If you're bored, do something active like taking a walk outside or riding a bike!. Try to get in the habit of an active lifestyle!. You say you're husband is supportive!? You should ask him to be more active as well too!. Try to make it an effort to do something active on a regular basis!. Just eating right or exercising alone will not help very much!. Hey!!! 13 and 193lbs, ain't too good!. But I lost weight last summer by replacing everything else with working out!. All I did was cut back while eating and stop drinking pop and juice over all!. Now all I drink is Water and sometimes Coffee!. So just spend time with yourself while working out and cut back a little while working out!. Also, this helped me alot!. I had my mother make me a plate of food and blindfold me!. So I ate until I thought I was full while drinking water!. Then afterwards she let me know how much I ate, which was soo much less!. Because I did not even see the food or how good it looked!. Just try your hardest and work out 2 hours a day every day I did and it really worked!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Join a gym and DONT put a weight loss amount on yourself!.!.!.!.like dont say I need to lose 50 pounds!.!.!.!.just do it and it will fall off!. I stopped eating junk food period!.!.replaced it with salad and a ton of fresh fruit!.!.especially watermelon!.!.!.I watched what I ate all day then had a decent dinner while watching portion size I didn't really track those calories!. I work out at the YMCA everyday for about 30 minutes to an hour on the treadmill, elliptical, and bike!. after the first 18 days I finally weighed myself and had lost 11!.4 lbs!. I'm not starving and it's pretty easy because I don't keep track of every ounce so it doesn't seem disappointing to me!. You are young!.!.!.if I can do it being 14 years older than you!.!.!.you can do it to! Starving yourself or dying is not the answer!.!.!.don't expect miracles just do what you can and it will happen!.!.!.go right now and toss all the junk food! Take all the junk food out of your house and replace it with fresh fruit and veggies!. Buy a good healthy eating cook book so you can make all your meals!. Make lunch everyday before you go to work or even the night before!. Take fruit or veggiess or nuts as snacks with you!. START EXERCISING!!! Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs!. Walk to the shops and join a gym they can really help you!.
When you are eating take a bite, then put your knife and fork down, swallow, pick up your fork and take another bite - this gives your brian time to realise when you are full and when you are full stop eaing!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
