when a man and a woman have sex i know that for the man sperm comes out (which is what gets a lady pregnant) but does anything come out the womans vagina!?

Yes, it comes out your urethra, which is the same thing that you urinate from!. It will feel like you have to urinate, but you won't because your body will clamp the tubes from your bladder!. You can google this too under female ejaculation!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
