Well, i know what your feeling!. I had a breast reduction at 14 at the children's hospital!. It was such a good decision i feel so much better now!. I went from a 36DD to a 36B!. If you do not want your parents involved you have to be 18!. But its a good idea to have your parents involved!. So they can help you pick out a good doctor who is certified and all of that!. Why is it such a big deal to you being a 28DD!? Do you actually feel that they are too big or is it just the idea of being a DD cup that makes you feel this way!? It is not actually all that unusual, and as you will know if you are a Bravissimo customer, they sell bras up to 28K!. I'm not accusing you of lying but I also find it difficult to believe that they were surprised at your size, since they *specialise* in small band and big cup bras, most of their models are 28-30 F-G sizes and they fit women and girls in 28DD+ bras *every day!.*
In answer to your question, you normally have to be over 18 and around a G cup to qualify for a breast reduction on the NHS, and more importantly, it must be for medical reasons, in other words, simply not being able to find bras to fit you is not enough - you have to be suffering from back pain etc!. I would strongly advise you to wait until you're older before seriously considering this!. You are actually a perfectly normal size, it's just that you're in the minority of women who are actually wearing the right size bra!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What!? I'm barely 5ft4 and a 28F!. And I got checked by Bravissimo!. The woman who measured me was the same size!. If they're as 'huge' as you say, you're wearing the wrong size!. DD/E is quite average - check the Bravissimo website and it'll confirm it!.
