Question: Sex questions for ladies only please!!?
So almost every night, me and my boyfriend have sex and I feel like I don't get to thouroughly clean myself out!. All I do is wipe myself off!. I would really rather not douce, so is there any other way to clean myself out to prevent yeast infections and just to stay healthy down there!. Hope someone can give me an answer!. Partially everyones answers are right!.
Its best not to Douche but you can do it every so often just NOT with store bought ones that contain chemicals!. Make your own using 4 tblspns of white vinegar to 1 cup of distilled water!.
I do it once a month between periods with my Gynes consent!.
DO NOT do it any more than that to avoid yeast infections, the internal ph balance and especially the chance of getting BV!. (Bacterial Vaginitis or in basic terms Bad Vagina)
Other wise the rest of the answers you got were all you can really do!.

i stay in Uk and I have never heard of anyone douching over here!. I thought you dont put anything inside there just externally!.ie have a shower after sex and keep fresh!. Your vagina keeps itself healthy dont add anything inside, or mess about , yeast infections get a hold when skin is irritated or your immunity is low, clothes chaff or you soap around the area, or change the ph balance in your vaginal tract!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Actually it more healthy to let your body flush itself out naturally!. Douches aren't exactly healthy!. Your body knows what its doing!. Just make sure you shower every day and you should be just fine!.

Take a bath after having sex and make sure to wash down there you can take your fingers or cloth to wsh there!. Works for me if you think you might need a bit more help you can try summer's eve wash cloths!. Hope this helped you!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you wanted an answer from ladies only and I am a man, but I am a man that has been married for 29 years and I'm telling you that you HAVE to douche it out to get it all and eliminate the chance of something going wrong in there!.
The most convenient way to do it is to just get yourself one of those "shower shooter" things and just wash yourself out in the shower!. If you have a hand-held shower head, it's possible to do it with one of those too if you just press it hard against you with it on full force!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
