I was 11 when i started mine!. there is know exact amount of days!. it could last 2 days or 12 days!. If it is heavy and more than 7 days and this is her first, you may want to call your parents!. When i started mine i had 1 and then didn't have one for 2 months!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
