The number is the band size, they start from 28 and go up in 2" increments!. The letter is the cup size, which is in proportion to the band!. Cup sizes start at AA and go up to K!.
UK sizing goes like this:
AA-A-B-C-D-DD-E-F-FF-G-GG-H-HH-J-JJ-K
US sizing is the same up to DD cup, but above DD there are some differences!.

ok theres a number like with which is basically the size of the band under the breasts and the strap
