Okay my best friend for as long as i known her for like 9 years has always had this smell coming from her vagina i know its gross but it smells horrible sometimes like a** and i told her to clean down there and she said she showers well down there but it comes back in a couple of hours she always has to cover up with perfumes and sprays shes embarassed to go to the doctor or tell her mom what do u guys suggest she do plz plz help her thanks Www@Answer-Health@Com

She needs to see a doctor!. It sounds like a bacterial infection, but it could possibly be something else!. In any case, it's something that only a doctor could diagnose and treat!. It's kind of embarrassing, but she'll only have to go through a few minutes of embarrassment to be cured once and for all!. It's worth it!. She has candida or yeast infection!. Tell her NOT to eat any SUGAR or anything that contains heavy amounts of SUGAR like candy or sweets!. Eating sugar will increase the infection and spread towards the legs!.

it can be fungal infection or trichomoniasis,if this smell is like cheese it could be fungal infection(candida albikans)!.anyway she must visit a doctor because this infection can progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
