Nothing!. It's no bigger a deal than having muscular legs because you've been exercising or a funny smell on your breath because you've been eating garlic!.

I think it may have been an issue in the old days because they relied on it for proof of virginity, but in today's world and knowledge, this is just redundant!. I wouldn't worry about it!. A lot of girls get their hymens torn from doing sports and putting in tampons!.
