I think what you see is that girls are developing breasts at a younger age than in previous generations!.
This is caused in some cases by a more healthy diet and also because the physical development of many girl children is accelerated by the constant low-dosage of synthetic estrogen, Bisphenol-A (BPA), that contaminates drinks and foods sold and stored in clear plastic containers!.
You only have to look at the typical 5th or 6th grade class pictures to see that about one third of the girls are physically well ahead of the others!.

Um!.!.!. there have always been large chested women!.!. But there were a lot of fashon tricks to hide it, like huge shoulders, or super loose flapper dresses or big peasent tops!. What you're noticing is that people are showing them off more (it didn't used to be socially acceptable for women to show their boobs!. There also wasn't augmentaion surgery 100 years ago)!. also, surgery!. girls go out of their way, wasting money on implants, when there are much better things to pay for such as an education!. obviously, us females do not think these days!. we're all pressured to be stick skinny, with big racks and even bigger a*ses!.
