Sugar causing sleeping problem?!


Question: Sugar causing sleeping problem!?
whenever i take a sugary substance during evening times e!.g soda pop,cake,ice cream,doughnut etc,i find it very difficult to sleep!.i start itching like crazy!.what is going on!?also,recently i started skipping pop and alternating it for water!.is it possible that my body has gotten used to only taking water!?please help!.what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey stephanie don't worry beautiful it's ok but the sugar increase is causing poor circulation in ur body making u feel itchy!. just lower ur sugar intake and u should be fine or if u don't want 2 cut off on the sugar just make sure u exercise a little after u eat it cuz alot of sugar is bad

and if u are itchy again just work out a little make ur body use the sugar and trust me u will be fine beautiful

Sugar is not good for your body!. When you drink water for a while and then have a soda with lots of sugar, you notice how bad it really is!. Look at the nutrition facts of that soda can!. Mostly sugar!. Stay with water and be healthier!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
