Question: My period is a week early, very heavy blood flow (bright red), and horrible cramps!?
I'm not sexually active!.!. (I'm 18 and virgin) my periods for the past 11 years have been normal, generally light blood flow, no cramps, and always on time - never early or late!. I researched and I could only find 1 cause for these symptoms - which is miscarriage!. But, I've never even had sex before, so I rule that as an impossibility!. My period is about 7 days early, heavy right on the first day (still heavy and it's the 4th day), and the blood is bright bright red!. I'm kinda freaked out, and wondering if I should see the doctor or not!.!. anyone got a clue as to what might be the cause!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your blood is bright red, you should see a doctor!. Yes some medications do cause bleeding, but you could also have a cyst on your ovary that burst (which is what it sounds like) and many other things!.
