Usually 28 days, although my periods have never been regular until recently!. My period usually lasts 5 days with the first two being my heavy flow days!. Sometimes they will last 7 days but that's not very often!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Normal is considered 28 days, that is what they base most birth control methods on and that accommodates a 7 day menstrual cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
