How do u insert tampons?!

if they have the applicator you need to be sitting on the toilet or bending your knees and you insert the applicator and then push on the applicator!.!.!.that will push out the tampon!. Make sure the applicator is in correctly if you pull the applicator out and you can feel pressure at the front of your vaginal opening you didn't go in far enough!. They should have instructions on the box or on a paper in the box!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I personally prefer OB tampons (they don't have applicators) as I've always found that trying to insert a tampon with an applicator always led to discomfort and misplacement!.
