Sweetie, please please please get help!. I had bulimia for 6 years and it completely ruined my highschool, plus half of my college life!. It is very embarrassing to discuss with anyone!. It took a lot of courage for me to get help and tell my parents!.
But I did, and the only way I got over it was with professional help!. There is no way in hell you can get through this shitty disease alone!. Trust me!!
It will continue to ruin your life!.!.!.!.
You can die from this disease!. You can become infertile!. You can tear your esophogus and stomach!. You can ruin your whole body!. You are young enough to where you can get this under control without too much harm done to your body!.
You are only 16! You have such wonderful times coming up in your life! However, your life will suck if you keep up this obsession with food and purging!. I'm still not 100% over it, considering I just recovered a couple years ago, but I do not purge anymore!. I still obsess over the thought of food and binging sounds really really really nice right now, but treatment helped me cope with these feelings and treatment will help you as well!.
Sit your parents down within the next week and tell them!. There is no way they will be ashamed of you or mad at you!. They will be 100% concerned for your health and well being!. This is nothing to be embarrassed about!. It's a disease, not a choice!.
PLEASE GET HELP ASAP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need professional help!. Only they can help you figure out why you were doing this!. Don't be ashamed of it just try to make yourself feel better!. Do it for you and no one else!. Talk to your parents and explain how it made you feel to want to do that and they can help you!. Maybe talk to a counselor at your school!. Don't be afraid of judgment!. It's a good thing you're trying to get help!.

Good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
