maybe there just not comfortable for you!.!.!.

personally i prefer under wire bras i find them to be very comfortable, but everyone is different u should try to get a bra that isn't under wire!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Getting bras that fit you may help, but I had the same problem!. The udnerwire gave me a rash, made me itch, annoyed me so much!. I had to switch to the soft ones without underwire!. I think you may need to do that too!. They aren't fitted, which I like, but they are softer and eaier to deal with!.

prhaps spend a little time and a little money and get a professional fit - get them to tell you what you're looking for!.

I've been through it and i can say it's well worth the effort!. find a good shop with someone who appears to know what they're talking about!.

it's emabarrasing at first, but well worth it!. once you know - you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bali makes a bra that has "no poke" underwire!. It has been a dream come true!!! I'm a bigger size than you, but you should check and see if they carry your size!.

If you are a 36A and are wearing a 34A then it's simply too small a bra!. Buy some bigger bras and I bet it'll stop being a problem ;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a bra that fits and buy ones without underwire!. Problem solved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

idk mine are the same wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

They were designed by men!. Okay, I don't know that for sure, but it sure seems that way!.

Hanes makes a non-underwire bra that I wore before I out grew my bras when I was pregnant!. I found it on sale at Target for only $5!. (I've seen them in the Walgreen's ads for about the same price, too!.) I tried it on about a month ago and it still looked good!. I think it might be my around the house bra!. I bought some nursing bras and made a couple of rookie mistakes with those!. (I'm a first time mom!.) I not only didn't get myself professionally fitted, but I didn't buy a bigger size as I got bigger!. Eh!. You think they are uncomfortable now, wait till your breasts are engorged with milk!. Fortunately, I'm a SAHM so I have not had that problem often!.

As has been said, you might be wearing the wrong size!. Also, for me, after I've been wearing a bra for awhile, it just gets uncomfortable!. Like now!. It's almost nine, and I've had this thing on for about eight hours!. However, I'm conscious of it, so that doesn't help either!.

When my daughter is weaned (she's 11 months), I'm not only buying new bras because I needed them before I was pregnant, but I will go for a professional fitting!. I might go to a couple of places, though!. I've tried a couple of Victoria's Secrets and have not had good service with them!. (Surprisingly, they do not make nursing bras!.) I've even been to the one in Hearald Square in NYC!. Go figure!. (When the Angels line first came out, I bought one, in less than a year the cup ripped and was irreparable!. At the time (12 years ago) they were "only" $20, but it was still the most I ever paid for a bra!.

Now I stick with Hanes and Fruit of the Loom!. I don't know how much they are now, but I've never paid more than $10 for a bra!. (The non-underwire one I have I found at Target on sale for $5, but it's been a few years!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
