i have bad itching and burning on my vagina opening!. and this really thick white stuff is caked up and it coming out of me and it smells really really bad!. i shower really well every other day!. it really hurt today at school i started to cry!. i'm a lesbian!.!.!.idk what that has to do with it!. i really need help!. i'm really afraid of talking to my mom cause all she does is make me feel dirty and ashamed especially cause it has to do with my parts!.

try monistat 3 day treatment, also while you have this problem eliminate sugar, soda, caffeine and nicotine until it is cleared up!. Go to planned parenthood or your local health dept if that does not clear up in a week or so, does not require your mom!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you shave down there and you have recently with a brand new razor blade and it is itching and burning and there are little bumps, then that just means your hair folicules are infected!. I had that problem and it SUCKED, it hurt sooooo bad!. But if this sounds like what it is, then don't worry, just keep yourself clean and keep it moist down there (use neosporn or anything like that)!. Also what helped me, is when i was alone, i wet a washcloth with cold water and put it down on the burning areas and it really eased the pain!. Just a yeast infection most likely, and don't worry, it happens to all of us at some point!. Also, showering every day will not prevent them, and using douche can actually cause them!. Just shower as much as is appropriate for YOU, and don't worry about other people!. Any sexual partners you have should be treated simultaneously to avoid giving it back to you!. It definately sounds like a bad case of thrush also known as a yeast infection!. To relieve the pain id suggest going to the doctors and getting a tablet one tablet tht gets rid of thrush or the dr may subscribe u some antibiotics to take!.
If you are sexually active abstain from genital contact while u have the infection as it is easily passed on via sexual contact even via sharing undergarments or swimmers!.
An easier alternate which u can try is salt water bath or rinse for ur vagina when the itching and rawness gets too bad!. Also works well but abit messy is natural yoghurt aaplid down below and wear a pad so its not tht messy that will also start clearing the infection!. This sounds like a very severe yeast infection!. While there are over-the-counter treatments for them, this may be too severe for them to work!. You really need to see the doctor!. If you are unable to get your mother to take you to the doctor, what about your father or a grandparent!? If not, you are able to get sexual health treatment from a doctor even if you are underage!. Geez your mom needs to pull her head out of her A@#!. Sorry that made me mad!. If I had a daughter I would tell her that women get these things and probably take you to the doctor!. You can get a yeast infection treatment over the counter for 15-20 dollars but they don't always work completely and it comes back in some cases when using them!. I have also had an alergic reaction to the meds in the cream over the counter and my vagina swelled up and burned like fire worse than the yeast infection!. The best thing to do is to call your doctor and tell them your symptoms!. I know its embarassing but trust me I am a medical professional and that is what we are here for and it doesn't bother us one bit! They can call in a pill called Diflocan that will clear it up in less than a day!. In the meantime you can buy vagisil over the counter that will help releive the pain but not cure it!. Also saliva can disrupt the PH in the vagina and cause a yeast infection from the imbalance!. Eat yogert a lot and practice good personal hygene and you should be fine!.
