Question: Question about birth control - what should I do!.!.!?
I asked this earlier, and no one answered, so I'm going to try and reword it!.!.!.hopefully it's less confusing!.
I took my last placebo pill yesterday!. I should be taking my first pill of the next pack today!. Usually I take it at noon, just because it's easy for me to remember!. However, I still need to pick up the next month of my birth control pills, and I don't have the car today!. I will not be able to pick them up until around 530 this evening!.
My question is, should I take the first pill as soon as I get them, or should I wait and start the new pack tomorrow!? I take TriNessa, and I know that if I were to miss a pill on any other day, I'm supposed to take it as soon as I remember!. Is that the same for the very first pill!.!.!?
I'm still waiting on a nurse to call me back from the clinic, so I'm just wondering if anyone else might know!.!.!.

My suggestion is to take the first pill as soon as you get them!. Then go back to your regular noon time dosage!. If you are overly concerned about the getting pregnant thing!.!.!. use a condom for the next few days!.!.!. But, I don't think a few hours will effect anything!.!.!. I have missed a whole 24 hours and it was not an issue!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Start the new pack when you pick them up it's not that big of a deal if the time is off or even if you miss a day!. If you are concerned about getting prego just use a condom if you engage in sex within the next couple of days until you get back on your normal schedule!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As far as I can remember, you can start a new pack whenever you want to!.
If you notice in the instructions if you miss too many pills you can just throw out that pack and start a new one!.
I don't think your body will know the difference between taking a placebo for 8 days instead of 7!.
