Question: Looking to lose 5 maybe 10 pounds!?
Hey Everyone, My name is Sara!. Well I am 13 and i am probably around 120 pounds and i am 5"3!. I know that is in the average part of the bmi but my stomach and thighs are not HUGE but there not skinny!. Let's say my mom won't let me wear a bikini because of my stomach!. I tries dieting before but then i end up quiting a week or so after!. I am only looking to lose 5 or 10 pounds and maybe tone up a bit!. I am starting soccer soon!. Have any idea's how i can do this!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

shouldn't be wearing a bikini no way!.!.!.but anywho just eat right and exercise its not that hard!.!.!.!.im 5ft 7in tall and i used to be 189lbs (yeah i know) but by me just exercising (i danced and walked on the treadmill) and eating right (i ate big breakfasts all the time and small dinners, try not to eat big meals after 7:00pm!.!.!.make all your meals about 4hrs apart !.!.!.!. also i did this 12345 meal plan it helps train your eating habits) i lost 29lbs in like either 3 or 4 monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com
