Yes!. Usually I have cramps a few days before I get a period which is my body's way of letting me know it's coming!. But the last period I had it just came out of nowhere!. What helps me is marking it down on a calendar so that I know an approximate date of when it's coming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I was younger, I could only keep up with my cycle by knowing what day to expect it, I had no cravings, no cramps, no swelling, nothing!.(And only if it were regular, which it wasn't in the beginning) now I know exactly what's going on, I hurt so bad I have to lay in bed for days at a time, and my period can last up to 10 days!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's a pain in the a*s*s!.
I get premenstrual cramps maybe 2-3 times a year and the rest of the time I feel nothing!. I sit in a class and there is my period!. It's annoying when you don't have regular periods and you never know when you will get one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um yeah that happens all the time!.

yes u can get ur perid and have it running down ur leg if ur not careful without knowing a thing about it!. its normal but extremely annoying!. more common after child birthWww@Answer-Health@Com
