i totally believe that cravings are our body's way of telling us we are low in something, be it iron or sugar or salt!. during my period i always crave chocolate soooo bad!. weird, cause normaly i don't like chocolate that much!. sometimes i crave spinache and guiness loads, i think its because I am low on iron from the bleeding!.
