Answers:
peroxide!. It's an old nurse's remedy, and it works!. For stains you have already washed and dried, it might take more then once to clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ALWAYS USE COLD WATER!!!

When you see the stains, you have to take them off and wash them yourself!. take some detergent and put the clothes in the sink and run cold water and just wash it off!. That is the best way to do it!. Then when you have got the stains out, wash them in the washing machine regularly and thats it =] Www@Answer-Health@Com

Toothpaste!. I know it sounds weird, but it works on a lot of stains when you let it dry on them! The most effective way, though, is to rinse your underwear with cold water when they FIRST get blood on them!.

For the ones you can't save, do what I do, just keep them and wear them next time you're on your period!. It'll help you save your good underwear!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
