When I was younger I couldn't,t hey were fairly irregular and hard to predict!. But by about the age of 16 they were regular and I also could detect symptoms and predict it up to about an hour before it came!. I still can do this, except now Im on the pill, so it pretty much comes regularly, and I pretty much feel a bit of a pain in my lower stomach and I go to the toilet and there it is! Yea I can!. Basicly mine comes like every 35 days for 3 days!. Before it comes I usually feel tired and my stomache hurts a lot, so when my stomache starts feeling wierd I know I'm going to get it!. One of my friends is the same except that her back hurts!.!. But that doesn't mean that all girls can foresee it!. If you can't don't worry about it, I'd say it's a blessing! Less suffering for you :) No one's period is really that accurate that it would come on the same day every month!. I think the range is like 21-34 days so don't worry! Also if you started in the last 3 years keep in mind that it takes 3 years for your periods to like become normal and on time everytime!. Everyone's different, so I wouldn't worry if I were you but if you are worried you can always see a doctor about it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Does it come around the same time!? Last Month I started on the 27th and this Month I was a day early!. For me, that's as regular as I'm going to get!. I can usually tell when I'm going to start though!. My skin breaks out bad, I get a bad headache and/or stomach ache the day before I start, I get bad mood swings, I cry all the time, and I have a decrease in my appetite which almost NEVER happens!. I would suggest keeping track of your periods on a calender!. Write down the day you start and the day you finish!. Your period should be every 28-30 days, if that's not the case with you, maybe you should see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't chart my period, and it never comes at the same time either!.
I always know when mine is coming though, because the week before it DOES come, I always get a little weepy and moody (but nothing extreme)!. I also get a whitish discharge in my undies!.!.!.

sometimes girls have noticed patterns before their periods come!.
like an increase in acne or increase in sexual drive or mood swings!.
maybe if you see something that only occurs before you period you can learn how to be ready for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can usually pin point the exact minute it's going to start strangely enough!. Not sure how!.
My boobs do get sore the day before, so that narrows it down, but somehow I nearly always manage to know exactly the second before it's about to start!. It's weird!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

haha YES!.!.!.it's soooo weird!.!.like I have no physical symptoms but I just!.!.know!. check ur discharge!. it usually turns thick and white right b4 ur period!. i think!.
