Probably not yet!. Your boobs can keep growing until you are like 20!. A good way to tell is by how old your mom, sisters and/or aunts were when their boobs reached their full size!.

ahah ; im glad to know another girl my age has the same cup as me !
my mom is only a B cup but both grandmas from both sides had HUGENORMUS boobies :(
i'm 13 and a 38 C cup & i think my bra is getting too little on my and I'm afraid that im a like 32 D or something :/
but i cant change my body & im proud of it :]
they stop growing around age 18 but you can tell when they are fully round and blah blah blah !.!.!.!.!.

Your breasts will keep developing until you are 25 years old, and after that they will fluctuate along with your body fat, pregnancy etc!. I went up a whole cup size between 18 and 24 years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
