Question: Have i got my period!?
Well im 11 and my birthdays in march so im turning 12 but uhh i woke up this morning and went to the washroom and when i wiped there was light red blood i guess all over it and when i checked my underwear there was like really dark brown wet stain!.!.it kinda looked like poo but i asked my mom and she doesent know what it is!.!.!.help!?please!.Oh and this is my SISTERS accountWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can get your period btween the age of 8 and 16, everyone is different! so it not too young at all, all depends on your body and sometimes your genes!. Maybe you didnt describe it to your mum very well like you did with us lol!.!.!.that is definately your period:) congratulations!
dont forget it is completely normal to have a long gap bewtween your periods which could continue to happen for up to 2 years after your first period untill they regulate, here is a helpful website for you

Some girls get their periods as young as 9 an Yes you do have ur period and don't worry it happens to all girls this is one thing you can consider "a girl thing" just go grab some pads and even if u feel if uncomfortable talk to ur sister (if shes older and has hers) Your mom just didnt want to worry u but the truth of the matter is you've got ur period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
