HELP! My period is black?!
Question: HELP! My period is black!?
this month i started my period exactly when i was supposed to, the problem was the blood is coming out in a strange dark, dark color almost like a black!. I've had in now for longer than my regular period, it is 5 days today and usually it only lasts about 3!. i'm only sixteen!. i started having sex about a month ago!. We used a condem everytime and i made sure my boyfriend checked every condem afterwards to make sure there were no holes or rips or tears!. The first two days i experienced the regular cramps i would during my period!. I am just very very nervous because the color is so so dark and my period is much lighter than it has been in years!. does anyone have any kind of advice for me!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't Freak out!.!.!.You are fine!.!.!.AND Dont Listen to the others!. Im not sure if they have any experience in the medical field, or have been to school on womens health!. Some periods are going to last longer than others, and the "black" your seeing is just dark blood coming at the tale end(last days) of you period!. You are only 16 you will still have some irregular periods!. I would advise you to get on birth control if you are being sexually active!. I don't know if your mother or guardians are aware,and maybe you should let them be aware!. If your not going to tell them your sexually active!.!.!.at least convince them you need to regulate your periods, and think birth control can help!. Your perfectly normal!. The dark blood is just like dried up blood!. For me I usually end my period in that dark blood!.
Most women's period last 3 to 7 days!. So if it goes past 7 days go see a doctor!. Dunno how old your are but when your younger you have irregular periods and get regular as you get older!. Maybe in the past you just had irregular 3 day periods and now you have the full on 7 day period!. Hope I was helpful enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im sorry i have no idea!! but that sounds SCARYY!! :[ i have never had sex so idk if sex has cause to the black periodss!! but yet again i am only 13 so wat do i no!?!? hehe! but i suggest that if it doesnt get any better go to a doctor!! because idk if it is normal!

hey-dont be so worried hun-darker blood is more common around the end of your period,if your really concerned i would go and see a doctor or gyno nurse-they are the professionals-in my experience when my period is lighter i get the sameWww@Answer-Health@Com
