Answers:
When you go to put a tampon in, you need to relax!. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly!. Try to relax and not think about the past times when you've been having problems with it!.

Use a smaller absorbency tampon, and make sure it's the kind with an applicator!. Each box of tampons comes with a little instruction sheet!. It will tell you exactly how to put a tampon in correctly so that it doesn't hurt!.

You might try sitting on the toilet with your knees spread as wide as you can, or standing with one foot up on the toilet lid to insert the tampon, that will help to relax those muscles near your vagina and make insertion easier!.

As for taking it out, make sure you're waiting long enough!. If the tampon isn't full of blood, it will hurt because it won't just slide out when you pull the string!. I've been having a period for 10 years now and it still hurts me if I pull out a tampon that hasn't been in for long enough!.

Good luck!. You'll get the hang of it!. It's kind of a trial and error process!. You'll be a pro in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be putting it in wrong, or perhaps you have a smaller than usual hole in your hymen!. You really should check with your mom about this, or an older sister, or someone who can give you advice about the angle you're using!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i find that it helps to not sit on the toilet, but kind of squat over it a little and lean forward!. try using the ones with plastic applicators!. i recommend tampax pearl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you must be putting it in wrong!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
